This is one of my very few landscape matte paintings (because I suck, hehe). But I really loved how this piece turned out, and the colors of the sky against the Burtonesque trees just made the whole piece seem surreal; and when I added the cornfields (which you can't really see) and the scarecrow, I was reminded of the Oz movies I enjoyed as a kid and still enjoy to this day.
